    Expanse Electrical is looking for exceptional people to join our team. We have immediate openings for Journeyman Electricians with Oil Field and Industrial experience. A rewarding opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and can perform with minimal supervision. This position will oversee coordinating contractor field work as well as performing routine maintenance Responsible for the completion of customer requests daily while establishing a safe and efficient work environment.


    Journeyman Electricians will be required to troubleshoot and perform electrical maintenance. Coordinate and supervise multiple electrical contractors and electrical facility design. Review contractor charges for accuracy and approve invoices. Coordinate with regional power distribution companies and coops to ensure timely delivery of location power. Experience working with PLC’s, 480V power, 120V control circuits, transformers, motors and electronic controls. Work will be performed with the oil and gas production environment. The electrical facilities consist of motors, motor controls relating to sucker rod pumps, electrical submersible pumps, LACT units, saltwater disposals, miscellaneous pumps and some instrumentation.


    • Journeyman License in Texas preferred
    • Safety-minded and follow safety regulations
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Must have a knowledge of and ability to interpret the NEC Code Book
    • Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
    • Willing to submit to pre-employment, random and for-cause drug testing
