    Expanse Electrical is looking for exceptional people to join our team. We have an immediate opening for an Account and Program Manager with Oil Field, Industrial and Elecetrical Service experience. A rewarding opportunity for someone who has high customer relationship managment and electrical knowledge. 

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities are listed, other duties may be assigned:

    • Collaborate with Project Superintendents and other personnel as assigned to meet customers’ requirements.
    • Work with customer corporate representatives regularly to monitor performance and compliance.
    • Manage administrative project aspects, project plans, proposals, project documents/contracts fleet and corporate reporting. Including Estimates to complete.
    • Track project progress for compilation into project status updates and provide to customer are required. Relay progress to admin to bill properly monthly in support of % Billing Spreadsheet.   
    • Obtain permits required for assigned projects.
    • Attend internal preconstruction meetings and attend owner mandated preconstruction meetings as required.
    • Interact to support field management and field personnel.
    • Verify T&M daily tickets for completeness of work description.
    • Sign material invoice tickets for admin to receive. Assist with Procurement as required. 
    • Maintains Project Schedules on an ongoing monthly basis.
    • Receive change order requests/RFI from the field and submit to customer for approval and completion.
    • Ensure field employee compliance with safety, quality control programs and compliance to all company policies and procedures.\
    • Sales and customer service aspects:
      • Work with customer to identify new service requirement. Provide upward if we don’t currently offer.
      • Maintaining relationship with existing customers to provide excellent customer service.
      • Investigate geographic areas are potentially new activity with customers.
    • Complete customer service/work quality survey at least quarterly. Attend meetings with customers at least quarterly reviews and report to corporate.
    • Managing accounts receivable issues with customers.
    • Monitor changes in processes and requirements within accounts

    Qualifications

    • 3 years or more of Project management experience
    • Experience in Oil Field Services
    • Electrical Service Sales in the Permian Basin
